We’d love you hear from you - fill out our Annual Survey 2026
The Bristol Borderline Personality Disorder Collective (BBPDC) is a grassroots community project that delivers in-person peer support, as well information sharing and signposting, for those living with BPD/EUPD and C-PTSD.
The weekly in-person meetings aim to foster a community where those living with BPD/EUPD and C-PTSD can share their stories, learn from one another, and find solace in the knowledge that they are not alone in their struggles.
About us
BBPDC Founder & Growth Manager
Hey all! I'm Jade (she/her), a 34-year-old on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I am Autistic with BPD, ADHD, and hugely resonate with the C-PTSD experience. I've been in recovery from alcohol addiction since December 2022.
I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my amazing neurodivergent community. Their love and support have been my lifeline. I absolutely believe that everyone deserves to find their tribe, and have safe havens where they can be their authentic selves without judgment.
That's why I founded the BPD Collective. We wanted to create safe, special and accessible spaces where individuals like us can share our experiences and empower one another to build meaningful lives. We understand that healing is a journey, and we're all at different stages. But through connection and collaboration, we can make this journey more beautiful together.
Cheers and hope to meet you soon!

Hey people I'm Maddie (she/her), short for Madeleine! I was born and raised in Australia but have lived in the UK for the past 8 years as I've decided to put my roots down here into the wonderful world of Bristol and its surrounding areas.
I have lived with ADHD and complex PTSD my entire life and identify with traits of BPD. I have been on a wonderful journey of self discovery for most of my life, my background is in health and social care, and am in training to become a therapeutic counsellor. I am wildly passionate about supporting others, especially in environments that are holistic, person centred and non judgemental.
This is why I am so deeply grateful and excited to be involved with this wonderful peer led group. Connection and community is really close to my heart so I can't wait to meet you all!

Hi, I'm Emma (she/her). I've lived in Bristol since 2020 and have been dealing with diagnoses of BPD/EUPD and PTSD/CPTSD for many years, alongside lifelong neurodivergence. I'm overjoyed to be involved with Bristol BPD Collective as a facilitator - it's so validating and fulfilling to connect with so many people who know how it feels. I'm training to be a therapist and work in the public sector, and I love connecting with others -- I so deeply value the opportunity to come together and navigate challenging life experiences and big emotions through mutual support and compassion. I'm also an amateur circus and performing artist and love the creative Bristol scene, so you may spot me out and about!

My early childhood experiences deeply shaped my mind, body, and spirit, and they made it clear that healing was something I needed to pursue, not only for myself, but so I could contribute to a wider collective of healing Safe spaces and being able to openly share my lived experience have been essential parts of that journey. I’m truly grateful to be part of this collective and to learn from, and be inspired by, the neurodivergent community. It’s a special place to be. Each session leaves me feeling lighter and supported, and that feeling carries with me throughout the week. x
