Support BBPDC

We are a volunteer-run grass root project that is collaborating with Rethink Mental Illness to facilitate in-person peer support for those living with BPD/EUPD, CPTSD and their loved ones.

Our fundraising will go toward:

The BPD & CPTSD Support Group, which is weekly 2 hour sessions open to anyone diagnosed with BPD/EUPD, CPTSD, anyone who identifies as experiencing emotional dysregulation and strong emotions, and other BPD traits

Every other week, the BPD Support Group invites loved ones to share the space in a blended group including friends, family, mental health and social workers

Mental Health Training for group facilitators

Funding our website that signposts users to information about the Bristol BPD Collective, BPD & CPTSD Support Group meetings and socials calendar, DBT and mindfulness resources, other mental health organisations, and local mental health and crisis teams

Paying upfront costs for bi-annual fundraisers

Collaborations with other Bristol Peer support groups for socials/mixers/events

Designing and printing posters to advertise our meetings locally

Teas & coffees for our weekly meetings, as well as other useful stationary bits & art supplies to support our open discussion, skill sharing and gratitude periods
