The BPD/EUPD & CPTSD Support Group

The Bristol BPD Collective believes that everyone has inherent worth and dignity, and deserves to feel love, belonging and to find their tribe.

Regardless of diagnostic status, the BPD & CPTSD Support Group welcomes anyone who lives with BPD/EUPD, CPTSD, anyone who identifies as experiencing emotional dysregulation and strong emotions, and other BPD traits.

  • In person every Monday, 6-8pm*

    This group is for people who experience BPD, CPTSD, emotional dysregulation or big emotions

    All meetings are drop-in in-person sessions, so there is no need to book beforehand

    Tea, coffee and water will be provided

    Due to safeguarding policy, we can only accept members who are 18+

    *with the exception of bank holidays and other planned holidays

  • In person every 2nd & 4th Monday, 6-8pm*

    This group is for people who experience BPD, CPTSD, emotional dysregulation or big emotions

    AND friends & family of those living with BPD. Mental health and social workers also welcome

    All meetings are drop-in in-person sessions, so there is no need to book beforehand

    Tea, coffee and water will be provided

    Due to safeguarding policy, we can only accept members who are 18+

    *with the exception of bank holidays and other planned holidays

  • BPD & CPTSD Support Group Meetings are held in-person at:

    St Werburghs Community Centre, Horley Rd, St Werburgh's, Bristol BS2 9TJ

    As you come into the community centre you’ll see the group listings on a screen behind the front desk - we are usually based in Room 7, but please check the screen for updates.

    St. Werburgh’s is easily reachable by public transport or on foot. There is limited parking available on Gatton Road.
